Nigeria is open to leisure visitors in the sense that tourists can still enter, but travel is heavily constrained by security risks and several governments advise against or reconsider travel. Current conditions are shaped by kidnapping, terrorism, violent crime, unrest, and flood alerts, so most trips require a very careful, need-to-go justification.
